Thank you for shopping at Bella's Charm Bar! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. i.e - Placed on Saturday will be processed on Monday.
Shipping Times
We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our verified suppliers. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers depending on the supplier and your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information provided. If you believe your package is lost, contact us at bellascreationsnsb@gmail.com and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Bella's Charm Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at bellascreationsnsb@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
