Thank you for shopping at Bella's Charm Bar. We want you to love your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Final Sale Items — No Returns or Refunds
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- All personalized items, including name necklaces and initial jewelry
- All engraved items
- All custom charm bar creations
Because these items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been placed. Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, font, etc.) before submitting your order. if you are needing an extension on the length we can add a 1.5 inch extender free of charge (: just find us at any event or message us to find a solution.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at bellascreationsnsb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps including a return shipping label.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 2 days of delivery (when usps says it is delivered) at bellascreationsnsb@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right. (:
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund process. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
