Private Event Pricing
Perfect for local girls’ nights, birthdays, bachelorette gatherings, and intimate celebrations. Pricing begins at $550 for 10 guests, with each additional guest at $55. Each guest receives one custom jewelry piece with five regular charms. Specialty charms are available for $10 each. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Travel is not included in the package price and is calculated according to the event location. Events in Virginia Beach, Hampton Roads, and the Outer Banks typically have a $100 travel fee. Events outside our regular service area, including out-of-state or out of country bookings, will receive a customized travel quote and may require a higher event minimum.

Bella’s Charm Bar brings the complete custom jewelry experience directly to your celebration. We provide the charm bar display, jewelry and charm selection, full setup and breakdown, and hands-on styling assistance for every guest. Each guest creates one custom piece with five regular charms, and specialty charms may be added for $10 each. You’ll also receive a short recap video from your event.

Yes! Bella’s Charm Bar is based in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, but we would love to bring the charm-bar experience to your celebration wherever it may be.
